Returns & Refunds

Every Rise Band comes with a 100-night risk-free trial. If it isn't waking you the way you hoped, email info@risebands.online within 100 nights of delivery and we'll arrange the return.

How the refund works

Once your return reaches us we check it within two working days and refund to your original payment method. Banks usually show the money within 5–10 working days after that.

Damaged on arrival

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund it, whichever you prefer.
