These terms cover your use of risebands.online, operated by Tallylove LLC. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the confirmation email. We can decline an order (for example if stock runs out or we spot a pricing error) and you get a full refund if we do.
Products
Rise Band is a consumer wake-up device for everyday home use. We describe it as accurately as we can; photographs are illustrative.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
